The existence of print colour difference can easily lead to the reduction of packaging printed matter and the overall value of the product. Bad colour box printing will cause huge losses to the brand, losing the trust of customers.
The printing factory should pay attention to the colour difference of the makeup brush packaging, and it should not be too much different, at least to be similar to the sample colour. However, some colour errors are within a reasonable range. We called a consistent error. There are mainly three types.
There is a deviation between the colour of the printed matter and the proofing; that is, we usually say that the printing cannot catch up with the proofing, such as ink problems, paper problems, and dot reduction problems. For this difference, the printing staff of the printing house should try to catch up with the sample. If the difference is enormous, the customer should be notified in time.
There is a certain degree of inconsistency in the colour of the inside and outside of the same batch of printed materials; the second difference is also an objective problem, and the printing machinery itself has been complicated to solve. In the printing process, ink inking is a dynamic balancing process. When printing, when the ink on the ink roller is reduced to a certain extent, the printing machine automatically inks to compensate. A certain degree here will directly lead to deviations between the finished products printed on the front of a batch of published jobs and the final printed products.
It is the deviation between the colour of the product printed in the print and the colour of the object itself. The third difference is a personal expectation problem. For example, some customers think that the printed products are not the same colour as the actual products, which is considered to be detrimental to the company’s image and even affect the company’s order. Custom manufacturers believe that the colour deviation is acceptable. In this case, it should be said that such difference is objective and cannot be wholly attributed to the responsibility of the manufacturer of the package. This is an actual existence of the manufacturer can only reduce the error to a minimum, but can not completely avoid.
